First Floor framing at rear addition

The slab at the crawl space is now poured and the first floor framing and plywood sheathing has been installed. The perimeter wall of the addition is ready to be constructed. The space you see here is basically the kitchen (which includes the access path to the back yard.) It feels much bigger than we originally imagined, which is a great! There has been some rain recently so the GC is keeping the back of the house covered up.
